SHIPPING
Free shipping over €100 to Spain (Iberian Peninsula)
Shipping cost to the Balearic Islands: €3.95
Shipping cost to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €14.95
As all our dresses are made to order, the usual shipping time is between 5 and 7 business days. If you need your dress immediately , contact us at 611 883 441.
We also have the option of in-store pickup, we will send you an email when your dress is ready.
*Due to customs procedures, delivery in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla could take up to a maximum of 3 business days. The DNI, NIE or Passport is necessary. Don't forget to note it in observations when placing your order.
EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING
As all our dresses are made to order, the usual shipping time is between 6 and 10 business days. If you need your dress immediately , contact us at 611 883 441.
Shipping costs for Europe are: €15.95
Note: The customer must be responsible for the customs tax if any.
SHIPMENTS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
As all our dresses are made to order, the usual shipping time is between 8 and 12 business days. If you need your dress immediately , contact us at 611 883 441.
Shipping costs for countries outside Europe are: €35.95
Note: The customer must be responsible for customs tax if any.
SIZE CHANGES
If you want to make a size or color change or have any questions about your dress, contact us by phone (611 883 441) or via Whatsapp.
The deadline to request a size change is 14 calendar days.
RETURNS
If you want to make a return, contact us by phone (611 883 441) or via Whatsapp.
As it is a product aimed at parties and events, the customer has a period of 7 calendar days from receiving the garment to request its return.
What is our return policy?
- Make sure the garment is in perfect condition and retains all its tags.
- Returns will not be accepted on garments that return with a smell of perfume or those that are used, damaged, washed or contain stains.
- The garment must be returned in the same package that you received it, this will ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
If the above is not met, we will not be able to accept your return.
Note: All personalized, made-to-measure garments, outlet products and accessories do not allow exchanges or returns.
Return shipping costs vary by country (they will be deducted from the refund amount):
- Spain (Iberian Peninsula): €5.95
- Spain (Balearic Islands): €7.95
- Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €14.95
- European Union: €19.95
- Rest of the world: consult.
Note: the package must arrive at our facilities within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product. You also have the option of managing the return with the courier company you choose, you would only have to notify us to provide you with the address. The cost is applied per unit.
Once we receive your dress in our Atelier and it passes the relevant quality control, that is, we verify that it is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund to the payment method used in the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days.
