First you must make an Atelier appointment to come to our Showroom in Madrid or, if you cannot travel, an online appointment .

We will need you to explain the dress you want, showing us various photos of your ideas to serve as inspiration. Then we will define the design through a sketch based on all your preferences.

Once the design has been completely defined, we will propose the fabric or fabrics that best suit it. Showing you in person different fabric and color options, so you can also see the qualities we work with.

Later we will proceed with taking the necessary measurements to make a personalized pattern of your design. Ideally, it should be in person, but if it is a remote dress we will do it via video call.

If everything fits you and you accept the price we offer, we will ask you to pay a down payment, which will consist of half of the final price of the dress. Likewise, we will make an appointment for the first fitting.

If there is a possibility that you can go to our Atelier in Madrid, two to three fittings will be carried out with the necessary adjustments to ensure that the dress fits you perfectly.
